Pattern Play - Day 3

For the past few days, I participated in the new Online Card Classes - Pattern Play class.

I didn't have lots of time to actually create anything (I didn't even have time to watch all the videos yet...) but the one I watched were great (as always).

Here is my version of the Day 3 card made by Kristina Werner. I loved the idea to break up a bold pattern so that I can use it on a card.

Happy Passover

Happy Passover to everyone!! This week we are celebrating Passover in Israel so this means lots of family, food and fun (and for my kids - presents!!)

I didn't have lots of time to craft this week, but I had my kids prepare the napkin holder for the big family dinner, with ink and stamps - they loved it and so did I !! 

Passover cards

This week we are celebrating Passover in Israel. And this means - gifts, and with gifts comes cards.
So much fun.

I used my new PaperTrey Ink "The Sweet Life" stamps. The sentiment says: "Happy Holiday" in Hebrew.

I am submitting the cards to the Simon Says Stamp Spring challenge - what is more Sprint then beautiful flowers.

Decorated Dresser

This is my bedroom dresser. It  started as a plain white dresser from Ikea (Hemnes) and with some decorations cut with my Silhouette from Brown Fuzzy adhesive vinyl it looks like this now:

I am so happy, it totally upgraded the way my bedroom looks. The fuzzy vinyl has such a nice feel to it, I wish Silhouette had more colors (currently they have white and brown).

Here is a close-up to the dresser.

Hearts card

This card was cut with my silhouette. I created the cut file myself, and I am so happy with how it turned out.

Just the cut file itself felt a little empty on the card so I added the cute kissing birds stamps from Hero Arts. Colored them with Copics and voila - a very happy love card.

I left it without a sentiment and will add it when I am ready to give it away.

Baby boy card

Quickest card ever

My first card took me an hour to create and it was a very simple one. I never imagined I will be able to create a fairly cute card in less then 5 minutes.

But the card below took me 5 minutes. I used stickers for the blessing (it says: Happy holiday" in Hebrew) and the rest was super easy.

Dancer

Quick card I made by request of a friend. The dancer was cut with the silhouette.

Mini Album

The minute I saw the 4x5 accordion fold mini album by Lori Whitlock on the Silhoette store I know I wanted to try it out. And the fact that it has a video that demonstrate step by step how to use the cut file made it even easier.

I made this album for a very good friend who lives far far away. I grabbed the photos from the internet so I was able to prepare it as a surprise.
