Fun Thanks Card
Fun colorful balloons card. I have been meaning to make a balloons card for a long time and I pinned a few balloons dies from various companies, but then I remembered I have a Silhouette, so here we go:
I cut the balloons with the Silhouette and then colored them with Copics.
