Congrats Baby Girl Window card

Love how this card looks.

To create the brick background I cut a stencil with my silhouette and then used it with Gesso to create the dimension, once the gesso was dry I colored it with distress ink. I really love how it turned out.

The rest was cut with the cuttlebug (list of dies are below) and it was just  a matter of time to get it all together.

Challenges:

1. Simon says stamp - paste (I used gesso)

2. Scrappy Hands - using gesso is as mixed media as I can get - I know, I'm not hard core... :-)

All you need is love

Today's card was created for a card exchange in the Israeli forum: "עיצוב אלבומים וכרטיסי ברכה"

In creating this card I combined two of my latest favorites: The Silhouette machine and washi tapes.

This entire card was created with the silhouette, all the cutting and writing. I designed it in the Silhouette and then used the sketch pens to write on the card. I love how it tuned out!

I layered the inside of the card with some of my favorite washi tapes.

Always Fabulous Hearts card

This is a card I created for the Love swap on the Israeli group: מקום קטן בלב ליצירה.

I used a few of my loved washi tapes to cover a piece of white card stock and then cut the hearts from that paper using the Hearts Prints Die from PTI. The sentiment is from the Live & Laugh stamp set by Hero Arts.

I finished it with a few rhinestones and covered all the hearts with the coat of glitter from the zig of stella clear glitter marker.

Flowers happy birthday card

My cards today is using the so beautiful flowers from the "Antique Flowers & Butterflies"stamp set from Hero Arts. I am totally in love with this stamp set.

I colored the flowers with watercolored pencils (Derwent Inktense), and then finished it off with a coat of glitter from the zig of stella clear glitter marker.

The sentiment again was stamped with the Memento Luxe ink - I love how good this ink is.

I am submitting this card to the following challenges:

Papertrey anniversary: sketch and color challenge

Papertrey ink are having their 7th anniversary celebrations and they choose a fun challenge to create a card based on a sketch and a color combination.

I used the "Beautiful Blooms II" and "Turning a new Leaf" stamps sets and dies.

The flowers are stamped with the "Lilac Posies" memento luxe ink and then clear embossed - it turns out so beautiful.

My photography skills are horrible, and the flowers look more purple, but in reality they are much more pink. I need to find a class to improve my photography skill...

The sentiment is: "Happy Birthday" in Hebrew.

These are the sketch and color combination.

Beautiful flower card

This was a super fast card with a small twist.

The flower was a digital image that I traced and then used the print-and-cut feature in the Silhouette. I am really happy with this because it means I can now have this flower in any size I want. Not to mention the possibilities of doing that with lots of other flowers and other images.

Here is a close up just because I am so happy with how it turned out.

The sentiment (from the Find Joy Hero Arts stamp set) was stamped with the memento luxe inks and then embossed with clear embossing. I love how beautiful and sparkly it comes out. I added here a close up so you all can enjoy :-)

This card is participating in the following challenges:

1. Scrappy Hands - embossing challenge (#5)

2. A blog named Hero - flowers

Vinyl Fun

After the success of the monster in the bathroom vinyl decal, I wanted to make a few more for the same bathroom.

I found a great picture of this blow fish and was able to trace it and fix it so it would come out correctly. I love how it turned out.

The penguins were so easy to trace and put on the wall, my daughter just love them.

HTV Fun

A few weeks ago  my brother brought me some HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) in 4 colors (black, white, pink and teal) and I started experimenting with it.

What can I say - so much fun!!

Two sweet shirts for my daughter

And then, I got brave and made a gift for a friend of mine. She is pregnant with twins so I thought this would be a fun gift.

For all my non-Hebrew reading readers, the shirt says:

I'm pregnant
I'm uncomfortable
and I'm cranky
Is there anything you wanted to ask??

The translation of this one is:

Yes, I'm pregnant...
Twins...
Beginning of June...
No, you can't touch the belly!
More questions??

The shirts were a big hit and she really liked them, which made me very happy :-)
