תגיות זריזות עם דיו דיסטרסט אוקסיד

את התגיות החמודות האלה הכנתי עם דף חלק לבן. את הרקע הכנתי עם שכבת בסיס של דיו דיסטרס ושכבה שניה שעשיתי על סטנטיל. יצא ממש יפה לדעתי.

את הצהובים עשיתי עם שני צבעים. צבע בסיס צהוב ועליו על הסטנסיל מרחתי את הצבע הכתום. על התגית השמאלית השפרצתי קצת מים ועל הימנית לא. לראות אם יש הבדל. 

את הרקע של התגית בגווני הכחול עשיתי קצת שונה. את הרקע הבסיסי עשיתי עם שלושה צבעים, האוקסייד מתמזגים כל כך בקלות יחד, וכל כך קל למרוח אותו. הדיו הזה הופך להיות אחד האהובים עלי (אגב, ראיתם שיש עוד 12 צבעים כבר?? לינק לסיימון / לינק לסקראפבוק) ואז שמתי את הסטנסטיל והשפרצתי מים. יצא חמוד.

אחר כך ייבשתי את הכל טוב טוב, והחתמתי את הציפורים המתוקות.

Happy Birthday paper doll tag

Lately I am seeing so many designs using the Prima paper doll, and they are so sweet. I had to try it out myself. I am waiting for the latest doll design to be sold in Israel, but in the mean time I found this doll in a store next to my house and used it.

It's a tag for a sweet 10 years old girl, who really loved it.

The doll is quite large, and a standard card is not enough for it, so I made a tag.

I colored the face, legs and hair with copics, and used paper piecing for the rest.

Happy Birthday Tag

Today a fun glittery card with a few of my favorite Lawn Fawn products.

The background was created with strips of double side adhesive covered with glitter.

The little banner was done the same way, I cut it from cardstock covered in double sided tape and dipped it in glitter (yes, it's as messy and as fun as it sounds).

To finish it off I added a little glitter to the hats with a Gelly Roll Sakura pen.

Quick card I printed and then cut with the silhouette to give to all the teachers at my son's school.

The tag says: "Have a great vacation, from the children and parents of Weitzman school".

Thank you tags

Got a few new stamps and the spring and summer distress inks and I wanted to try them out.

Notes house

A friend of mine is going back to work after 7 months of maternity leave. I made her a small "going back to work" gift to ease the "pain".

I had a box for notes that I got from a vendor at some point, so I covered it with cute patterned paper, decorated it with butterflies, punched borders and lots of shimmer.

 

The sentiment I choose to use is from the "Find Joy" stamp set by Hero Arts. I thought it is really fitting :-) and I wanted it to be in front of her every time she grabs a note. I colored it with copics and used distress ink for the edges.

 

Here is a close up on the butterfly, I had it sprayed with the Tsukineko gold Shimmer, I hope you can see it. It turned out really shiny and beautiful.

 

I added a matching tag from the left over of the paper.

It's been a long time since my last post. I guess life is getting in the way of crafs :-)

Yesterday I created a few tags, so that I will have a quick "Happy Birthday" tag when I need one. I had so much fun creating them, I am sure I'll mkae some more in the near future.

I decided to create them for the Lawnscaping Challenge #28: Distress Mania. Here is the inspiration picture
